New Symbol for Valentine's

Now this was a challenging assignment for them. We talked about how the heart was established those thousands of years ago to be where emotions stemmed from and how now we know it's the brain. So what other symbol could we use to stand for Valentine's Day?

It could be a butterfly because it's not a heart....:)
